Refund policy

ONLINE SALES RETURNS

Should you decide you do not want a product within 14 days of delivery or pick-up we will gladly offer a refund upon return of the product less any shipping costs incurred to us (whether free shipping or flat rate) and a 20% restocking fee. The product must be in original condition, unopened and must arrive to us in that same condition. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

We do not accept returns on Trading Card Game singles, Trading Card Game sealed product, Clearance items or Randomized Items such Blind Boxes/Bundles.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-Order Cancellations/Reductions will be charged a 10% fee based on the total order value.

Release date delays, product allocation issues, logistics, production, distribution or other uncontrollable factors out of our control may sometimes happen. As such, pre-orders are subject to change without notice.

REFUND PROCESS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is a 20% restocking fee that applies to all returns.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
