REFUNDS / NO SHOW POLICY:

Players who purchase more than 1 Ticket will need to provide 2 Bandia tcg+ ids

Refunds will be given minus 10% up to 24 HOURS before the event. 

If you are running LATE to an event and have not called the store 15 MINUTES prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your spot to the waitlist.

No showing an event will forfeit your spot with no refund.
